The Russian military dropped several bombs on art school #12 in Livoberezhny District of Mariupol.
At the time of the attack on March 19, nearly 400 people were taking cover inside the building, including women, children, and elders.
– The building is destroyed and there are still civilians under the rubble, – the Mariupol City Council noted.

On March 16, the Russian military dropped a superpowerful bomb on the drama theater building in Mariupol where more than a thousand adults and children were taking cover.
Due to continuing air raids and combat action, removing the rubble following the attack proved practically impossible.
On March 18, 130 people were recovered from the destroyed drama theater building.
According to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Liudmyla Denisova, there were still 1,300 civilians stuck under the rubble at that time.
