The Russian authorities are preparing for another wave of mobilization.
According to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the residents of the central regions will have increased attention of the military commissars.
Campaigning activities are being held among employees of Moscow enterprises. It comes with intimidation.
Military commissars are most interested in men aged 40-55 with service experience and military specialties.
Campaigning work among foreign citizens (in particular, migrants from the former republics of the USSR) is also being intensified: men of conscription age who apply to the authorities to obtain Russian citizenship are offered to sign a contract for military service. After that, they are automatically granted citizenship.
– Owners of commercial enterprises and private entrepreneurs are forced to make “voluntary” donations to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (in some cases, the amount of such extortions reaches several million rubles), – the report says.
In addition, “voluntary” groups of 3-5 people are formed in Moscow to patrol central streets, squares, places near metro stations and large shopping centers.
– Their task is to prevent a possible gathering of people in order to prevent possible protest actions. According to the received instructions, any group of more than 20 people is considered “suspicious”, – Ukrainian military intelligence reports.
It will be recalled that the American Institute for the Study of War believes that the level of support for the war in Russia has increased, and they can withstand another wave of mobilization.
