Slovakia has already sent all 13 declared MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the country.
The head of the Ministry of Defense of Slovakia, Jaroslav Nagy, said that the transfer was carried out by land for maximum possible security.
He also noted that the MiG-29 is a significant support for Ukraine, as it will help protect human lives and resist Russian aggression.
– In addition, unlike our neighbor, these planes were unusable for us. We are doing the right things, – Nagy added.
In total, Ukraine will receive 33 MiG-29 aircraft from Poland and Slovakia. Of these, 13 fighters were to be provided by Slovakia.
