The commander of the Eastern Group of Forces, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, has again visited the Ukrainian military, who are performing tasks in the Bakhmut direction.
He reported this in Telegram.
-Together with the commanders, we made a number of necessary decisions aimed at ensuring effective defense and inflicting maximum losses on the enemy, – the message reads.
In addition, the commander talked with the defenders of the eastern front. Syrskyі emphasized that Bakhmut is holding on thanks to the dedication and professionalism of our soldiers.
Earlier, the commander of the Eastern Group of Forces, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that the Armed Forces counterattacked in Bakhmut and forced the enemy to leave some positions.
