In the direction of Bakhmut, Ukrainian defenders continue to advance on the flanks.
This was announced by the commander of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi.
– The defense forces continue to move forward on the flanks, the enemy is losing positions near Bakhmut, – the message says.
Syrskyi also published a video of the work of the third separate assault brigade.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Bakhmut has assumed the function of a magnet in this war. The best and newest weapons that Ukraine receives from Western partners are sent there.
