There are three surface carriers in the Black Sea that can carry up to 24 Kalibr missiles.
This was reported by Natalia Gumenyuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces, on the air of the national telethon of the United News.
She noted that due to unfavorable weather conditions, the Russian naval grouping reduced its activity and was somewhat curtailed, as the wind strength reached 5 points on the Beaufort scale. That night, the sea swell dropped to 3 points, and the Russians put their units back on alert.
– There are now 13 Russian warships at sea, including one in the Azov Sea and 12 in the Black Sea. Among the new arrivals is the frigate Essen, which joined the previously detected small missile ship and the frigate Admiral Makarov. This means that three surface carriers are now at sea, and they can carry up to 24 Kalibr missiles,” said Humeniuk.
She emphasized that the current high level of missile threat requires special care, as the enemy, driven to despair, can use a variety of attack methods.
As a reminder, on September 27, four Russian ships were on duty in the Black Sea. One enemy ship is currently deployed in the Azov and Mediterranean Seas.
