Leopard 2A6, Leopard 2A5 and Leopard 1A tanks are officially adopted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Defense Minister Rustem Umierov signed the relevant orders.
Ukraine received this armored vehicle, which has already shown its effectiveness on the battlefield, from Western partners.
The department explained that with the acceptance of these tanks into service, the long-term intention to have modern and high-tech weapons is declared.
Leopard modifications 2А6, 2А5 and 1А5 are designed to break through the fortified positions of the enemy, destroy firing points, equipment and manpower of the enemy.
