There are no signs that Russia is preparing offensive groups in Crimea – Pletenchuk

The Ukrainian military does not see any signs of the formation of offensive forces of the enemy or sharp changes in the condition, positions and or number of occupiers in Crimea.
Dmytro Pletenchuk, head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Defense Forces of the South, stated this on the air of the national telethon.
Russian troops in Crimea
Pletenchuk was asked what the transfer of armored vehicles, including tanks, to Crimea in recent weeks indicates.
– It should be understood that, first of all, they (the occupiers, – Ed.) may have rotational measures. And each division, accordingly, arrives and departs with its equipment. Currently, there are no signs of the formation of offensive groups or sharp changes in the condition, positions and number of our enemy’s forces. Yes, there is constant movement. But it is probably too early to draw conclusions about the fact that they somehow strengthen this direction, – he answered.
According to the spokesperson of the Southern Defense Forces, the Russians are using the occupied territories for attacks on the Kyiv-controlled part of Ukraine.
This was preceded by a statement from the ATESH partisan community, which reported on March 29 about the transfer of a tank battalion to Yevpatoria. At that time, ATESH noted that the Russians were preparing for the defense of Crimea.
