Ukrainian defenders liquidated a colonel who worked in the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry
In the full-scale war in Ukraine, which Russia unleashed, Colonel Volodymyr Ivanov, a member of the Russian Defense Ministry’s press service, was killed. He died in Ukraine on March 25.
Mediazon noted that VGTRK employee Yevgeni Poddubny was the first to report Ivanov’s death, but he did not provide any information about the place of service of the deceased.

According to the registry of inheritance cases, 41-year-old Vladimir Ivanov died on March 25, but his death was officially confirmed five days later, on March 30.

According to leaks from Russian databases, Vladimir Ivanov was born in Rostov-on-Don and served in the headquarters of the Southern Military District before being transferred to Moscow.
