Emergency situation in Ukraine due to rocket attacks – Ukrenergo

As a result of the Russian attack on power facilities on December 16, 50% of consumption of the united energy system of Ukraine was lost.

Therefore, Ukrenergo announced a system emergency mode.

– At the same time, in accordance with the Market Rules (Section 9, paragraph 9.1.2), we inform about the onset of an emergency, starting from the billing period from 09:00 on 16.12.2022,” the energy company said.

Due to damage to energy facilities in several regions of Ukraine, emergency power outages are being introduced throughout the country on December 16.
