Two powerful explosions erupted in Kyiv. According to preliminary data, the right bank of the city was hit.
Updated at 21.45. The mayor of the capital Vitaliy Klychko noted that three people were currently hospitalized.
– Update on Shevchenkivskyi district. The lower floors of a residential building have been hit. Rescuers and medics are working on the spot. They also inspect nearby houses and take people out. So far, three victims have been hospitalized.
SES spokesperson Svitlana Vodolaha commented to Suspilne that there had been two missile strikes in Kyiv. She later added that there had been two hits: in the facility and the residential building near it. As a result, there are victims, their number is being updated. The rescue operation continues.
– Two hits. One object, one residential sector near the object. The first floors were hit, and there are still people on the upper floors, – said SES spokesperson Svitlana Vodolaha, reports Hromadske.
According to preliminary data, the Russian occupiers fired three missiles at Kyiv, one of which was shot down by air defense.
