Five arrivals: the occupiers shelled the outskirts of Bachivsk in Sumy region
Russian troops shelled the outskirts of Bachivsk (the village near which the state border crossing point is located) and the Shostka district of the Sumy Region from Russian territory around 1 p.m.
This was reported by the head of the Sumy RMA Dmytro Zhivitskyy. According to him, there were about five incoming mortar rounds in total.
Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the enemy shelling of the Sumy region.
On the morning of May 29, Russian occupiers shelled the border areas of the Sumy region. According to the Operational Command North, around 07:35, observers recorded about 20 explosions (arrivals) from Russian territory in the direction of Boyaro-Lezhachev.
Meanwhile, the AFU General Staff reported that in the Slobozhansky direction, Russian troops resort to systematic shelling to prevent the further advance of Ukrainian units towards the state border and replenish losses of weapons and military equipment.
