Terrorist attack of the Russian Federation: as a result of shelling in Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, six people died

The large-scale shelling of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk from multiple rocket launchers proves once again that Russia is purposefully firing at civilian, not military, targets. This was announced by the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Ivan Bakanov.
According to the SBU, six civilians are now known to have died, and another 15 people have been injured. Law enforcement officers are inspecting places that have been shelled by the Russian army.

The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police opened criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war (under Article 438 of the current Criminal Code). The maximum penalty for this crime is up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
