The first videos and photos of the consequences of the shelling of the university and residential building in Kharkiv
As a result of the morning shelling of the Russian army on Kharkiv, a university in the Kyiv district and a residential building in the Osnovyan district were damaged.
In particular, an enemy projectile hit a two-story building, as a result of which it was destroyed. The owner was injured due to shelling. As a result of the blast wave, neighboring residential buildings were damaged.

The prosecutor’s office started a pre-trial investigation on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), which is punishable by up to 12 years in prison.
Investigators removed fragments and remnants of projectiles, which they plan to send for appropriate examinations.
