Russians blow up Kakhovka HPP – OK Pivden

Russian occupants blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.
The official confirmation came from the Southern Operational Command.
The extent of the damage, the speed and volume of water, and the likely areas of flooding are currently being determined.
All services are working. The situation is being monitored.
What to do after the Kakhovka HPP explosion
- Turn off all electrical appliances, gas stoves and shut off all communications in the house.
- Gather documents, essentials, food and water.
- Evacuate to safer places (the higher the terrain relative to the Dnipro and the Koshova River, the better).
- Helping people in need (sick and elderly).
The first deputy head of the Kherson Regional Council, Yuriy Sobolevsky, called on residents of the region to closely monitor the messages of the authorities and follow all instructions in the near future.
Military correspondent Andriy Tsaplienko posted a video of a resident of the occupied part of Kherson region who filmed what was left of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.
The author of the video claims that there were no arrivals.
