Shahed attacks in Kharkiv region: a man in Chuhuiv received an explosive injury

In the Kharkiv region, during an evening drone attack, representatives of units of the Eastern Air Command destroyed six Shahed-136/131 attack drones.

However, it was not possible to avoid the hits.

Updated at 11:14 am. Chuhuiv and Borova village of Izium district were under the attack of drones.

Borova

Russian troops struck Borova around 21:17 on December 4. The cultural center, the village council building, a shop, and private houses were damaged by the shelling.

Oleg Synegubov, head of the regional military administration, said there were no casualties.

Chuhuiv

Chuhuiv was hit at half past ten in the evening on December 4. Three houses were damaged by the impact of two UAVs. There are broken windows, damaged roofs.

A 41-year-old civilian suffered an explosive injury. The victim did not require hospitalization.

Night missile and drone attack on Ukraine

On the night of December 5, Russian troops launched 17 Shahed-136/131 attack drones and 6 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles over Ukraine.

Air defenses destroyed 10 of the 17 drones.

In particular, in addition to six Shaheds in Kharkiv region, four UAVs landed air defense units in the area of responsibility of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine – one each in Kherson region and Vinnytsia region, and two more in Mykolaiv region.

The elimination of S-300 missiles in the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was not reported.

The full-scale war in Ukraine has been going on for the 650th day.
