Explosions in Odesa on April 30: a ballistic strike killed three people, the office of the Ombudsman was damaged

The loud explosions in Odesa on April 30 were the result of ballistic missiles hitting the city from the still-occupied Crimea.
Updated May 1 at 2:29 p.m. As a result of the attack, three people were killed and three others were injured.
Currently, the victims are being provided with all necessary medical assistance.

After the explosions in Odesa on April 30, residential buildings, administrative buildings, medical and educational institutions were damaged.
In particular, among the damaged buildings is the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
– At that moment, fortunately, there were neither employees nor applicants in the premises, so no one was injured, – says ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.
Dmytro Lubinets notes that it will take time to restore the work of the representative office, so in the meantime he asks people to call +38 (097) 346-08-28.
By the way, this is already the fourth representative office of the ombudsman to be destroyed during the attacks of the Russian Federation.
Before that, representative offices in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia and Kherson were damaged by shelling of the occupiers.

The mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, notes that the enemy has started “sacred dates”, which is why the enemy has launched ballistic missiles on the city twice in a row.
Because of this, the mayor calls on people to respond to air warning signals as quickly as possible and quickly go to safe places.
Currently, the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine add, counter-subversive measures are underway in the city to find and establish possible accomplices of Russian terrorists.

On the afternoon of May 1, the death toll from explosions in Odesa on April 29 , which were the result of a ballistic missile with a cluster munition, increased to six.
30 people were injured.
22 of them are currently in the hospital, including a four-year-old girl in extremely serious condition.
