There was an assassination attempt on Putin after the start of a full-scale war against Ukraine. It was announced by the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov.

According to him, representatives of the Caucasus may be involved in the assassination attempt on Putin.

– There were assassination attempts on Putin. He was even attacked in the line of, as they say, representatives of the Caucasus not so long ago. This is non-public information. An absolutely unsuccessful attempt, but it really took place. That was about two months ago. Once again, it was unsuccessful. There is no publicity about this event, but it took place, – he said.

Earlier, Kyrylo Budanov also said that Putin is terminally ill. One of the diseases is oncology. According to Budanov, Putin’s diagnosis is known in the Kremlin, so preparing for a change of government in Russia has already begun.

In addition, Kyrylo Budanov said that, according to intelligence, the turning point in a full-scale war with Russia might come in late summer 2022.
