An IL-76 military transport plane crashed near Ryazan in Russia

On Friday morning, June 24, a Russian military transport plane IL-76 caught fire and made an emergency landing in a field near the city of Ryazan.

There were nine people on board the transport plane of the Russian Armed Forces, some are dead and wounded.

– There are no destructions as a result of the plane crash. Information about the victims is being clarified. The work of operational services is organized on the spot. In total, 8 units of equipment and 19 people are working on the spot, – the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation said.

At the same time, Russia’s Interfax reports that the crash injured six people and killed three.
