Belgium will stop issuing tourist visas to Russians from July 1
The Consulate of Belgium in Russia will stop issuing short-term visas, including tourist visas, from July 1. The provision will be valid for an indefinite period.
It is noted that from July the visa center of Belgium in the Russian Federation will accept applications only for student and work visas, as well as visas for family reunification.
The embassy of Belgium does not state the reason for the suspension of issuing tourist and other short-term visas, nor does it inform about the terms of resuming their issuance.
Watching now
As VFS Global noted, applications for short-term visas for stays in the country of less than 90 days will not be accepted from July 1. This category also includes tourist visas.
