After the US statements about the supply of ammunition: a train from the DPRK left for the Russian Federation

A day after the US said that Pyongyang was secretly transferring ammunition to Russia, a train from North Korea crossed the border with the Russian Federation.
This is evidenced by satellite images. They were published by the website 38 North, which analyzes events in North Korea.
Commercial satellite imagery shows a train crossed from #DPRK into Russia on Nov 4. This is the first traffic seen on the route in several years amid reported NK-to-Russia arms sales & expected trade resumption. Analysis: @martyn_williams & Peter Makowsky. https://t.co/Un1ZTTkWbD

The movement of the train was recorded on the only land section of the connection between North Korea and Russia on the afternoon of November 4. This route, as well as its borders, was closed by the DPRK in February 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
But already in September 2022, North Korea and Russia agreed on the restoration of railway connections. According to 38 North, it is impossible to determine why the train crossed the border from the pictures.
At the beginning of this week, the media also wrote that 30 horses were transported from Russia to North Korea by rail. It was supposedly a gift from Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. However, the satellites did not record this cargo.
It will be recalled that on November 2, the USA accused the DPRK of trying to hide the supply of ammunition to Russia for the war against Ukraine.
According to American intelligence, North Korea is trying to do this by creating the impression that the projectiles seem to be going to the countries of the Middle East or North Africa.
