Nauseda announced the transfer of air defense systems and anti-aircraft guns to Ukraine

Lithuania will transfer air defense systems and anti-aircraft installations to Ukraine.
This was stated by the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nauseda at a joint briefing with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of Poland Andrzej Duda in Lviv.
— Today I brought good news for Ukraine. We are transferring air defense systems, anti-aircraft installations, which should help you with this fight, – Nauseda said.
He noted that there are disputes in Lithuania on economic or political aspects, but this has never happened regarding support for Ukraine.
According to him, the political parties of Lithuania are united that the aid to Ukraine should be maximum, and the victory should be quick.
Nauseda also recalled the meeting with President Zelenskyy on February 23, 2022, “literally a few hours before the start of the war.”
– Even then we knew that the terrorist state would not be quiet and would really start this war. But we did not expect them to act like real savages. Today we want this war to end with Ukraine’s victory, – said the Lithuanian president.
During a joint briefing in Lviv, Polish President Andrzej Duda announced the transfer of Leopard tanks to Ukraine within the international coalition.
The heads of state also signed a joint declaration of the presidents of the Lublin Triangle.
