The UK told in which case it will refuse to provide Ukraine with fighter jets

A spokesman for the British Prime Minister said that the United Kingdom will take into account potential escalation risks when considering the transfer of fighter jets to Ukraine.
This was reported by The Guardian.
Thus, the Downing Street representative emphasized that his country has not yet made any decisions on the transfer of aircraft.
– “First, we have not yet made a decision on the provision of aircraft by the UK, we are currently conducting training. The UK is in the process of providing Challenger tanks, and we have also provided longer-range assets. We take these decisions carefully and do so thoughtfully. We recognize the potential risks of escalation,” he said.
The spokesman added that Britain is convinced that its approach to helping Ukraine is the best and fastest way to end this war.
– “The UK has a significant number of Typhoon and F-35 fighter jets. Of course, we will never do anything that could jeopardize the security of the UK,” he said.
According to him, the F-35 will still need to receive permission from the United States, and the Typhoon – from Germany, Italy and Spain.
