Moscow and Minsk continue military exercises on the territory of Belarus

The joint military exercises with Russia in Belarus have been extended for another week – they have been going on continuously for 43 weeks (since April 29, 2022).
This was reported by the monitoring group Belaruski Gayun.
– The exercises of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus/Russian Federation in Belarus have been extended until at least February 27. This is evidenced by the schedule of exercises at Belarusian training grounds. February 18-19 will be a day off for some training grounds, while others, where the Russian Armed Forces are concentrated, will continue to work without interruption, the statement said.
It was specified that these are the Osipovichi, Domanovo, Lepelsky and Obuz-Lisnovsky training grounds.
– “The Belarusian Armed Forces are improving their skills, becoming more prepared for defense, but they are still not ready for offensive actions due to the lack of real combat experience,” the group added.
Earlier it became known that on Thursday, February 2, Belarus announced the completion of joint flight and tactical exercises with Russia.
