Wagnerites in Belarus do not have enough strength to pose a threat to Poland – GUR

The mercenaries of Wagner’s private military company, who are on the territory of Belarus, do not have the forces and means to pose a real threat to Poland, other NATO countries and the European Union. Currently, there are no 10,000 Wagner employees there, but the movement continues.
This was stated by Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, during an information telethon.
– “If such a step were to take place, it would be suicidal for this structure. I am convinced that the Polish army would only be happy about such cases and would quickly solve these problems,” the GUR representative said.
According to him, Ukraine’s Western partners are not exaggerating, but are monitoring the situation with the Wagnerites in Belarus.
The intelligence official noted that the countries are preparing for possible threats, as it is a terrorist organisation on the territory of another state.
Yusau claims that the stated number of 10,000 Wagnerites in Belarus is more declarative. He claims that there is no such number of fighters there, but they are still moving around.
