Talks With Russia May Take Several Weeks, Moscow Now “More Sensible” – Podoliak

The advisor to the Presidential Office of Ukraine Mykhailo Podoliak stated that peace talks with the Russian Federation might take at least several weeks.
Mykhailo Podoliak acknowledged that there were now indications that Moscow’s position became more “sensible”.
The Presidential Office advisor pinpointed the following key issues of peace talks: security guarantees for Ukraine, ceasefire, withdrawal of Russian troops, and political settlement of the situation in the temporarily occupied territories.

Recall that on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he was launching a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. He planned a blitzkrieg looking to capture the capital city of Kyiv in three days but Russian forces failed.
