There are problems with food, medicine and fuel in Melitopol – Fedorov

The situation in Melitopol is quite difficult now. The mayor of the city Ivan Fedorov announced this on the air of the nationwide telethon.
According to him, on the one hand, the Russian Federation with its troops and self-proclaimed “government” in Melitopol does not deal with people’s problems.
They only take money from businessmen and seize business. The Russian military understands that they came to Melitopol for a short time – that is why they are doing this.
On the other hand, the residents who remained in the city (according to our estimates – about 80 thousand), have big problems with the supply of food, medicine, fuel. And, of course, there is a big problem with the payment of cash. This is especially true for pensioners who have not yet received payments for March, – he explained.
Ivan Fedorov also added that the authorities are currently working to organize a humanitarian corridor to Melitopol to deliver necessities to the city and take people out of there. However, Russia has not given confirmation for the green corridor yet.
In addition, Fedorov said that today the Russian invaders intimidate the local population and even kidnap people without any explanation.
