Explosions have rocked Kyiv and Lviv on April 16, as reported locals.
The explosion in the capital occurred at approximately 6.50. Immediately after that, people saw a column of smoke. Fire engines headed to the scene a few minutes later.
It is known that the attack on Kyiv took place when an air alert was declared in the city. People were ordered to take cover at 5.21. The threat of enemy shelling passed at 7.16.
