The Russian occupiers kidnapped the minor son of the head of the Zaporizhia District State Administration Oleg Buryak.

It was announced on April 17 in a comment to journalists by the head of the RSA. Oleg Buryak’s 16-year-old son was abducted at a Russian checkpoint in Vasylivka on his way back from Melitopol to Zaporizhia.

– It happened on April 8 at 11.22 at the checkpoint in Vasylivka. My 16-year-old son was driving a car with two women he knew and three young children.

The convoy of cars was stopped by the Russian military and they began to approach each one to check who was going where. They saw my son’s phone and pulled him out of the car, – said the head of the Zaporizhia Regional State Administration.

According to Oleg Buryak, for the next nine days he tried to solve the problem of saving his son on his own, but nothing came of it. He also assured that the russists know that the teenager is the son of a local Ukrainian official.
