There are four scenarios: Podoliak spoke about options for the liberation of people from Mariupol

Mykhailo Podoliak, the Adviser to the Head of the President’s Office, told which options for the liberation of besieged Mariupol and people remaining there during the Russian aggression the Ukrainian authorities are considering.
He noted that the President Volodymyr Zelensky “personally dealt with the issue of Mariupol and options for the liberation of the city and its inhabitants.”
– He clearly understands all the risks in terms of freeing people in Mariupol. Of course, we are using all possible ways, we are negotiating even for the negotiating team to go there. On the Russian side, it is also desirable that someone come. We would hold a round of talks there and take our people from there, – Podoliak told about the first possible scenario.
According to him, humanitarian corridors could be the second option for the liberation of people.
The third is a participation of the intermediary country in the evacuation of people.
– For example, Turkey has repeatedly said that the state is ready to take people by sea, – said the Adviser to the Head of the President’s Office.
The fourth scenario, according to Podoliak, is a military unblocking.
– It could happen at any moment, as soon as our Armed Forces can work out a realistic plan. It is important for us to take away all these people who are in Mariupol today, because they are in inhumane conditions. They are all heroes, no doubt. It means that we are working every hour, every minute to find a solution to the problem of liberation of soldiers and civilians in Mariupol, – he said.
