More than 25.6 thousand personnel and 1,145 tanks: losses of the Russian Federation in the war against Ukraine
Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, the Ukrainian military men have eliminated about 25,650 Russian occupiers. Another 150 invaders were killed during the last day.
Russia’s renewed losses were announced at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Also during the day, Ukrainian defenders destroyed another 15 enemy tanks, 23 armoured personnel vehicles and 17 UAVs.
Combat losses of the Russian Federation in the war against Ukraine:
- tanks ‒ 1 145 (+15);
- armoured personnel vehicles ‒ 2 764 (+23);
- artillery systems – 513 (+4);
- multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) – 185 (+6);
- anti-aircraft warfare systems – 87 (+1);
- aircraft – 199;
- helicopters – 158 (+2);
- vehicles and fuel tanks – 1 970 (+9);
- boats / cutters – 12;
- UAV operational-tactical level – 377 (+17);
- special equipment – 41 (+2);
- cruise missiles – 94 (+2).
The greatest losses of the enemy during the past day were observed in the Avdiivka direction.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the 75th day of the full-scale war, the Russian occupiers continue their offensive on the Eastern front line. The biggest activity is observed in Slobozhanskyi and Donetsk directions.
In particular, in the Donetsk direction, the enemy, with the support of aircraft and artillery, focused its efforts on trying to take under control the settlements of Rubizhne and Popasna. It is also preparing for offensive actions on the settlements of Siversk, Sloviansk, Lysychansk and Avdiivka.
