Destroyed houses and shells: new satellite images of Popasna and Lyman

Maxar Technologies has shown new satellite images of the fighting in eastern Ukraine. The footage shows hostile Russian equipment, as well as destruction in Popasna (Luhansk region) and near the Lyman (Donetsk region).

In particular, the photo from Popasna shows significant damage to buildings and infrastructure caused by the shelling. Also in the fields can be seen funnels from artillery shells and the Russian armored unit.

In other images over the past 48 hours, Maxar Technologies has captured Russian forces stationed in the village of Kolodyazi, 11 km northeast of the Lyman.

The occupiers placed their equipment right next to the houses. The photo also shows the destruction, funnels and traces of artillery in the fields.

It will be recalled that fierce battles for the Lyman are currently underway in eastern Ukraine. At the same time, due to significant losses, the Russian occupiers were forced to retreat in the area of Severodonetsk, Toshkivka and Oskolonivka.

But they do not stop trying to go to the rear of our troops and disrupt the logistics of Luhansk region.
