Weapons, refugees, the partition of Ukraine: what fakes the Russian Federation is launching about international aid

The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security reports that the increase in international aid to Ukraine has shocked the Russian Federation, making this topic their new “front line” of information warfare.
– They are trying to present this assistance as ineffective, and to make Ukrainians and international partners doubt its necessity, – the press service of the Center notes.
There they listed the top 3 main myths that the Russians spread through their mass media and try to impose both in Russia and in the West and in Ukraine.
Myth 1. Europe is tired of Ukrainian refugees. Allegedly, they are sitting on Europe’s neck and forcing them to help. The plots are illustrated with footage from 2014 from the Revolution of Dignity protests. They are trying to convince Europeans that they do not need Ukrainians, and Ukrainians – that the world is tired of them.
Myth 2. The West pumps Ukraine with modern weapons so that the war lasts longer. With this myth, propagandists try to prove that the war can be ended only through negotiations and concessions. And additional weapons allegedly only delay the “inevitable”. In fact, military aid helps Ukraine to defend itself, to save peaceful Ukrainians and soldiers, to fight against the aggressors who attacked our country.
Myth 3. Countries that help Ukraine do so only in order to obtain Ukrainian territories themselves. The Russian Federation has been spreading these theses since 2014. This disinformation is aimed both at Ukrainians, so that they are wary and suspicious of the help of their partners, and at Russians, so that they believe that they are not helping Ukraine, but only want to seize a part of it, and therefore there is “nothing wrong” in the actions of the Russian Federation.
However, Western partners help Ukraine to protect its borders, and not try to invade and attack, like the same Russians.
