The Russian invaders plan to surround Mykolaiv. The rashist command has withdrawn 25,000 of its troops to the south of Ukraine, of which 10,000 are on the west bank of the Dnipro.

According to The Times newspaper, nine Russian units from Donbas and Crimea, numbering from 500 to 800 people, were transferred to the region in recent weeks.

The newspaper notes that this is Russia’s response to claims of a counteroffensive and successful advance of the Ukrainian army, which has moved the front line approximately 2 km from Mykolaiv over the past month.

It is emphasized that for the rashists, the capture of Mykolaiv is necessary for the further advance to Odesa. The offensive may also be needed by Russia so that the bridges across the Dnipro in the Kherson Region are beyond the reach of the HIMARS systems in service with the Armed Forces.

British intelligence previously reported that the full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine is entering a new phase, during which the heaviest battles will take place in the south of our country.

It was specified in the intelligence that the Russian Federation continues to move long convoys of military trucks, tanks, artillery and other weapons from the Ukrainian Donbas to the southwest of our country.
