The occupiers injured 4 children during the shelling on August 12 – Prosecutor General’s Office

On August 13, it was confirmed that five more children were wounded due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
The day before, four children were injured by shelling, and the day before yesterday, another child was injured.
So, on August 12, a 13-year-old boy was injured in Zolochiv, Kharkiv region.
An 11-year-old girl was injured during shelling in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region.
Two children aged 9 and 15 were injured in Bakhmut, Donetsk region.
A 12-year-old boy was wounded on August 11 after shelling in Marganets, Dnipropetrovsk region.
As of August 13, more than 711 minors have been injured since the start of the full-scale war.
The official number of children whose lives were taken by Russia’s war against Ukraine has not changed – 361.
In general, since February 24, children were most affected in:
Donetsk region – 375,
Kharkiv region – 198,
Kyiv region – 116,
Chernihiv region – 68,
Luhansk region – 61,
Mykolaiv region – 60,
Kherson region – 55,
Zaporizhzhia region – 40.
Bombings and shelling by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation damaged 2,328 educational institutions. Of them, 289 were completely destroyed.
