They attacked with missiles of the S-300 type: Mykolaiv was subjected to massive missile fire
On the night of August 20, powerful explosions rang out in Mykolaiv and the region.
Updated at 08:54. The regional center was once again subjected to massive rocket fire approximately at 03:00.
– It is known in advance that the enemy attacked the city with missiles of the S-300 type, – noted the head of the regional military administration, Vitaly Kim.
So far, there is no information about the victims. Damage data is being updated.
Three residential buildings were destroyed in the village Shiroke of Bashtan district, which was shelled by the invaders around 10:00 p.m. on August 19 and at 02:00 a.m. on August 20.
We will remind that loud noises were heard in Mykolaiv after the announcement of a second air alert at 02:57.
The mayor of the regional center Oleksandr Senkеvіch confirmed the fact of explosions in the city at 03:00, but did not provide details.
