People feel that the de-occupation is near: pro-Ukrainian protests do not stop in Crimea
On the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, protests against the war and the Russian Federation do not stop.
Tamila Tasheva, the representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, told about this on the air of the FreeDOM telethon.
– People react violently to the actions taking place on the territory of the peninsula, to fires and explosions. They understand that the moment of the return of the peninsula under the control of the Ukrainian state is approaching. Some of the people who initially went to protest actions or threw Molotov cocktails at the Yevpatoria or Sakу administrations or at the military commissariats left the peninsula due to persecution and pressure. Unfortunately, there is a certain outflow of the mass of people who support us, – she said.
Tamila Tasheva emphasized that the rallies currently taking place on the territory of Crimea are precisely pro-Ukrainian in nature.
– This is precisely a pro-Ukrainian protest, because for eight years all the protests we saw were about human rights. Currently, they are against the war, they are against the Russian state, – Tasheva added.
