In the Kharkiv region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine forced the Oskol River, a tributary of the Siversky Donets, and took control of both its banks.

The Department of Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in Telegram, publishing a corresponding video.

– The Armed Forces forced Oskol. Since yesterday, Ukraine also controls the left bank, – the message says.

We will remind that on September 16, during a briefing, the deputy head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko announced that the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated 421 settlements in the Kharkiv region.
