Reznikov told how many Shahed-136 drones are still left in the Russian Federation

Russia still has about 300 Iranian Shahed-136 kamikaze drones. This figure was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiі Reznikov, on the air of the national telethon.
According to him, the Russian military is currently trying to purchase several thousand such drones. It remains to be seen whether they will be able to do this. However, Oleksiі Reznikov stressed that it is necessary to be ready for this.
– We are not sitting still. Systems for their suppression are being developed. Our military has already learned how to shoot down these drones. We analyze them in detail and prepare various countermeasures, – said the minister.
We will remind you that Iranian Shahed-136 kamikaze drones are a type of unmanned aerial vehicles with a warhead, which Russia uses in the war against Ukraine.
They are able to stay in the air near the target for a long time in standby mode and quickly attack it after receiving a command from the operator.
Also, the drone can automatically perform the task for which it was programmed. Shahed-136 drones cover a distance of up to 2.5 thousand km.
