The Russian Federation fired three projectiles from the Smerch multiple-launch rocket system on the outskirts of Zaporizhzhia
On the night of October 27, the Russian military shelled the outskirts of Zaporizhzhia.
Updated at 08:49. According to the head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Starukh, the occupiers fired three shells from Smerch.
– The infrastructure facility was destroyed. The fire that broke out was extinguished in time by the employees of the State Service for Emergency Situations, – Oleksandr Starukh noted.
There were no casualties.
– The occupier aims to destroy everything. Leave us without electricity, water, gas, heating. But he will not succeed, because the enemy is already doomed. We will win! – assured the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
We will remind that the explosion in Zaporizhzhia occurred a few minutes before midnight.
Later, the secretary of the city council, Anatoliy Kurtiev, reported that the outskirts of Zaporozhzhia and the suburbs were damaged by enemy shelling.
According to him, fires broke out after that. In some buildings, windows flew out.
The infrastructure facilities were without power supply at the time of the enemy attack.
