Podoliak named the condition for starting negotiations with Russia

Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office Mykhailo Podoliak said that Ukraine does not refuse to hold negotiations with the Russian Federation, but there is one important condition for their start – the withdrawal of Russian troops from our territory.
Podolyak wrote about this on his Twitter page on Monday, November 7.
– You need to understand: Ukraine has never refused to negotiate. Our negotiating position is known and open: 1. First, Russia withdraws its troops from Ukraine. 2. Then – everything else. Is Putin ready? Obviously not, – the adviser said.
He added that the Ukrainian authorities are constructive in their assessment – we will have to talk to the next leader of Russia.
Earlier, La Repubblica published an article claiming that NATO and the United States are allegedly discussing a possible window for negotiations with Russia after Ukraine liberates Kherson and “pushing” Kyiv to such a decision.
