Why Russia has not resorted to massive strikes for a week: explanation of the Air Force

Spokesman of the Air Force Yuriy Ignat said during a briefing on Monday that Russia has not resorted to massive strikes on Ukraine for a week because it is experiencing a shortage of weapons.
He noted that that is why last week the occupiers did not resort to massive shelling of Ukraine.
Thus, they did not use Iranian Shahed 136 drones and cruise missiles.
– Obviously, the enemy cannot afford to launch massive strikes constantly, because it feels a certain shortage of weapons. This applies to Iskanders, X555, X101 missiles, as well as Kalibr, – especially Kalibr, – said Ignat
He added that in October Russia used up to 15 Kalibr missiles. The speaker stressed that they cannot be quickly manufactured, put into operation and put on carriers.
However, he noted that Kalibr carriers were deployed to the Black Sea, and therefore any provocations with strikes are possible.
– This peace is conditional, the war continues. The conditional lull can be associated with the actions in the southern direction. We see what happened – the liberation of the right bank of the Dnipro River. Probably, the enemy focused all attention on these measures in order to preserve its grouping of troops in this direction and safely redeploy it to the Left Bank, – the speaker of the Air Forces explained.
Earlier it was reported that Russian aggressors had about 120 Iskanders left.
NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov noted that Russia has a little more than a quarter of high-precision missiles from the stockpile that was before February.
