KOVA reports that a two-story building was damaged as a result of the hit. One person was killed and one injured.
The network reports that after the explosion, some Kyiv residents on the left bank lost water supply and there were power outages.
As of 14:00, air alert was declared on the whole territory of Ukraine, except Crimea.
