When Russia can carry out a new massive missile strike – DIU forecast

The Russian aggressor country will need at least a week to prepare for another massive missile strike on the territory of Ukraine. The enemy will not give up new attacks.
This was stated by the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andrii Yusov during a nationwide telethon.
He noted that Russia will try to implement a terrorist plan, trying to break Ukraine, plunge it into darkness and cold during the war and force it to negotiate on the Kremlin’s terms.
– This will not really work. We understand that the frequency (of massive missile strikes of the Russian Federation – Ed.) is about “week +”. That is, this is the period that is needed to prepare for the next massive missile strike,” Yusov stressed.
He specified that Ukraine is also preparing, in particular, for further effective operation of air defense systems.
According to Yusov, there is no doubt that the Russian terrorist regime will continue its attacks. Russia’s stockpiles of high-precision missile weapons are depleting, but the aggressor has many low-precision missiles.
– We see that they do not particularly pursue accuracy. In many cases, a one-kilometer range is a conditional “norm”. And they hit not even energy infrastructure facilities, but civilian houses, maternity hospitals, hospitals. This is a sign of the Russian missile engineers’ and the Russian regime’s slant-armedness in general,” the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine said.
He added that Russia has, in particular, stocks of missiles for S-300 systems. Therefore, there is a threat of attacks on frontline cities such as Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson. These are the settlements where S-300 can reach.
– Ukraine is working to protect civilian infrastructure and civilians. But we understand that the enemy, despite all its ineptitude, is serious, armed, massive. Therefore, unfortunately, the missile terror may still continue,” Yusov said.
As you know, on November 23, the Russian army carried out another massive missile attack on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine. The enemy fired more than 70 missiles, 51 of which were shot down by Ukrainian air defense forces. Infrastructure facilities in Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, and Kryvyi Rih were hit.
The missile attack led to temporary blackout of all Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
