The Russians are preparing for a new offensive in Luhansk Region – the Armed Forces
Serhii Cherevaty, the spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reports that the Russian aggressors are preparing a counteroffensive operation in the Luhansk direction, an element of which is Kupiansky.
He noted that the Armed Forces are aware of this and are actively opposing the occupiers.
According to Cherevaty, despite the fact that the situation remains difficult, it is controlled and significantly different from the situation in the Avdiiv and Bakhmut directions, where the occupiers have long concentrated a “huge amount” of their forces and resources, and conduct dozens of assaults every day, using all kinds of barrel artillery, rocket systems of salvo fire, aviation – assault, army, attack helicopters Ka-52.
– And there (in the Luhansk direction, – Ed.) they, let’s say, only intend to do something, and we know what they want to do, and we are already actively opposing it, – summarized Cherevaty.
