”Gifts” for the Armed Forces: Reznikov announced what weapons Ukraine will receive next year

Western partners are already working on securing Ukraine. For 2023, many contracts have already been concluded for the supply of the necessary weapons and ammunition to the Armed Forces.
Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov stated this on the air of the national telethon.
– Aid will come throughout the year, systematically, monthly, to ensure the stability of our resistance and the ability to win. Lend-lease is an additional option that can be used, but it is more complicated. Therefore, today our partners offer and implement a more flexible mechanism, – said the Minister of Defense.
Reznikov noted that the priority for Western partners is anti-missile and anti-aircraft defense, more Iris-T, NASAMS, Crotale, etc. systems. Then – armored vehicles, artillery and ammunition for them.
– The strengthening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the expense of F-16, F-15 or, perhaps, Swedish Gripen or other systems is a matter of time. These are complex systems that require maintenance, training, and support. Therefore, our partners are building up their capacity to support us systematically in a technical and logistical way, – he added.
