On the morning of December 28, Russian troops shelled the Slobid district of Kharkiv.
As the deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, clarified, a rocket attack was carried out on the city.

He is currently in hospital in a moderate condition.
