A resident of Kryvyi Rih was detained for illegally transporting conscripts across the state border.
The investigation established that the man promised $6,000 to ensure the inclusion of a conscript in the Shlyah database, which registers volunteers.
This enables men of conscription age to leave the territory of Ukraine legally.
