Yesterday, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck another devastating blow against the Russian enemy – at least 590 people were killed.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
Today, the total number of liquidated enemy personnel is 111,760.
Other losses of the Russian Federation in the war during the day:
- tanks ‒ 3080 (+11) units,
- armored combat vehicles ‒ 6147 (+17) units,
- artillery systems – 2069 (+4) units,
- rocket launcher systems – 434 (+3) units,
- air defense means ‒ 217 units,
- aircraft – 285 units,
- helicopters – 275 (+3) units,
- UAVs of the operational-tactical level – 1,856 (+7) units,
- cruise missiles – 723 units,
- ships/boats ‒ 16 units,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 4809 (+8) units,
- special equipment ‒ 183 units.
We will remind that on January 7, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liquidated 430 Russian soldiers.
Earlier, military expert Oleg Zhdanov spoke about the M2 Bradley military equipment, which the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are to receive from the US Ministry of Defense. With the help of an armored infantry vehicle, it is possible to deliver infantry to a position, covering it with armor. The M2 Bradley has a 25 mm autocannon, two launchers for TOW and TOW-2 anti-tank guided missiles.
