She fled because of the success of the Armed Forces. A supporter of the “Russian world” from Nikopol was detained on the border with Poland
A 43-year-old native of Nikopol, who tried to flee to Poland, was detained at the Krakivets checkpoint. It turned out that since the beginning of the full-scale war, the woman supported Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
However, without waiting for the arrival of the occupation authorities and realizing the success of the Armed Forces at the front, she decided to go to Poland.
– While checking her pages in social networks, the operatives found a number of posts indicating her pro-Russian views and support for Russia’s armed aggression. In particular, the woman was actively spreading calls in support of the Russian leadership and the military, which “save the world’s population from the Nazis,” the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported.
It is noted that law enforcement officers have collected enough evidence and notified the offender of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 2, 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).
She was detained in custody as a measure of restraint.
– Measures to suppress illegal activities were carried out by operational officers of the Lviv Border Guard Detachment together with officers of the Security Service of Ukraine in Lviv region under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, – the SBGSU reported.
